We want you to feel confident when shopping with Liropo. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.
Return Conditions
1. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging when possible.
3. Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at contact@mail.liropo.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Return Process
1. Email us at contact@mail.liropo.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
2. Our support team will review your request and send return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging when possible.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@mail.liropo.com.
